Our Story
JCL Property Maintenance was founded in 2022 by husband-and-wife team Dan and Jennifer Mosley with a clear goal — to provide dependable property care clients can truly rely on. The company is named in honor of Dan’s grandmother, Janet, whose work ethic and reliability continue to influence how we operate every day.
What began by servicing local properties quickly developed into a trusted company serving Plymouth and the surrounding communities. From the beginning, JCL was built around something often missing in the industry: clear communication, accountability, and following through on commitments.
We understand a property is more than landscaping or pavement — it represents your home, your business, and an investment you’ve worked hard for. Our approach is straightforward: consistent service, attention to detail, and doing the job right the first time.

In addition to serving our local community, the JCL team—led by Dan—is also involved in disaster response efforts that assist communities during times of emergency and recovery. When severe weather or unexpected events impact an area, he works alongside response teams to provide manpower, equipment, and support where it’s needed most.
This work reflects the same principles that guide JCL Property Maintenance every day: reliability, preparation, and stepping up when people need help. Whether it’s maintaining a property or assisting during disaster recovery, the goal is always the same — show up, work hard, and make a difference.
